TRIPLE MOUSSES AU CHOCOLAT - 7 JUL 2008
Our delicate glass dessert is made up of, not one but,
three delectable Valrhona chocolate mousses. A base
of creamy Dark Chocolate, layered by a Hazelnut Milk
Chocolate Gianduja and finally topped with a Cointreau
White Chocolate.
